Although our client had identified internal employees who may have been suitable for a Customer Services Team Leader role, they wanted to be sure they were appointing the best possible person available.

By advertising on the Internet, a low cost source of external candidates was secured, who were then included in the overall mix for evaluation. Psychometric profiling and testing were completed, with recommendations made as to which was the best candidate.

As an external adviser we had no preconceived ideas about internal staff, and were viewed as an independent, objective source who ultimately recommended an internal member of staff.
