Individual Coaching

Most training and coaching is classroom based, is frequently intimidating and impersonal, and ignores the individual’s personality.

By using some of the techniques referred to in ‘assessing a candidate short list’ and tools such as MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator), we are able to provide a job holder and their manager with information as to how the job holder works best with others, what their motivations are, and how they approach their work. It is only with such knowledge can people start to improve their performance.

Individual coaching will identify what support is required, thereby helping the manager put together a personalised plan that will lead to performance improvement, with follow up reviews ensuring that the information is being used.
