Keeping new recruits

We mean it when we say that we want our clients to not only recruit the best people, but also to keep them.

This could be as simple as reminding our client to organise a proper induction programme, sometimes with our input included. Or a phone call to the manager and successful candidate three months after joining to see that all is well.

Misunderstandings happen, and sometimes expectations are not met, by both manager and candidate. And three months after joining is an important milestone, because by then the manager has a better understanding of who they recruited, and the candidate has come to realise exactly what the job demands.
