Because we are a small, specialist consultancy with no external shareholders we're able to concentrate on building long-term relationships rather than just looking for short-term gains. When recruiting, we see ourselves as an extension of our client, and work hard to ensure that what we do reflects well on them. Besides being good PR for everyone, the success of a campaign can easily be influenced by how candidates are treated, at all stages of their application. Our follow-up service helps ensure that hard won candidates stay.
Our assessment and development services look at the individual in much more detail. Can they do the job, will they do the job, will they stay, what support do they need?
