Since 1997, Latham has provided its clients with recruitment, assessment and development expertise. During this period we have worked with companies employing as few as ten people to those employing thousands, across most sectors of industry. The roles we've worked on are equally as varied, but they all have a common theme - our clients are looking for more than just CVs or reports; they also want professional advice that they know they can trust, and their expectations met.

To help us, we have built up relationships with key suppliers in the fields of recruitment and advertising, testing and people assessment and development, e.g. we are an accredited SHL Partner. And, as members of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation, we work to the highest standards.

Because we are a small, specialist consultancy with no external shareholders we're able to concentrate on building long-term relationships rather than just looking for short-term gains. We've worked with a number of business managers for many years now, offering them continuity of service and advice that they now rely on.

When recruiting, we see ourselves as an extension of our client, and work hard to ensure that what we do reflects well on them. Besides being good PR for everyone, the success of a campaign can easily be influenced by how candidates are treated, at all stages of their application. Our follow-up service helps ensure that hard won candidates stay.

Our assessment and development services look at the individual in much more detail. Can they do the job, will they do the job, will they stay, what support do they need? These are questions to which Latham is able to provide answers, with a follow-up program to support the business manager as well.
